have just been told by another neighbour that our new neighbour (who are a bit dodgy) was lurking about in my back garden late last nite, i was told a few weeks ago that someone had been seen lurking about in the back yards so one of my neighbours had a camera set up and caught this fooker climbing over my fence and raking about

tried knocking on his door to confront him but got no answer

do i handle this my way and give him a warning and probably a kicking or do i get the police involved and get told that he is actually allowed to roam around in my back garden as he wasnt actually stealing anything

am well pissed off, i hate the fact that someone has climbed into y garden and was racking about, im actually fuming

Go see the guy, let him know you have video of him in your garden, and if it happens again he wont get the chance to say sorry. Should do the trick.

The police wont do **** all about it m8, give him a warning that he has been seen raking around and if he gets lippy give him a good ****ing shoeing, after all a mans back garden is his own private kingdom lol

Get the lads round with a few racks of beer, and set up your barbecue in HIS garden. Make sure you take the garden furniture over to for your own comfort, and have a kick about, all the while chucking the empties about his lawn.

If he has an issue with it show him the vid of him in yours, then kick his head in.

The guy must be a tit!

Did a big trench your side of the fence and cover it with something flimsy. Next time he comes over he'll break a leg !

been asking about, apperently he is a recovering druggie, maybe a failing one at that, may be looking for something to steal

also been told that he was arguing with his bird at about three this morn she chucked him out, he may have been climbing over the fences to get back in thehouse (back window was wide open on his house)

still he shouldnt have been in my back garden, course i may be wrong, he may be casing the back yards

will catch the fooker when he comes out of the house

Allan, why dont we have a meet at your house, lets face it, some of us are big fookers, and him seeing all of us at yours, might worry him a bit. ;)

sounds like my house mate

Alan, atm all it is is civil tresspass, so the old bill cant do anything. BUT it may well be worth letting them know, especially if he is a recovering druggie, in which case hes probably done a bit of burglary in his time. You dont have to make a report, but its good intelligence.

Just be carefull when you do confront him, especially if its in your back garden, doesnt matter how big you are, a knife in the gut will bring you down regardless of size.

Carry something like a baseball bat/cricket bat and aim for very meaty areas, thighs shoulders etc, take longer for brusing to come out, and it where alot of the main nerves are so itll have a stronger effect. And make use of your attic.

Ill say know more
