I hope no one is getting annoyed with the amount of new threads im creating will subsribe soon promise.
Ok
1. Full exhaust is fitted + cat bypass, its a 1991 so i dont think it had cats at that age.
2. induction kit fitted
3.been chipped for increased fuel/ air for safe increase boost.
now i looked at the tuning tips section in this forum and saw the cheapest way to increase boost which was the boost jet method, i thought this was perfect for me as im a lazy bugger.
i have done exactly what it said and put mig welder tips with a 1m hole in the correct pipes.
when i first turn on the car let it warm up etc i get a nice increase in boost say 1 bar or bit less. but after a couple burns on the throttle it goes back to normal boost, if i turn ignition off and on while rolling or stopped at lights i get 1bar again for a while then back to normal boost.
is the ecu limiting the boost? although its no where near safety boost.....
