You were spot on buddy ;) removed downpipes today , managed to get a hand into the tubs and found paper jammed in the shafts. They were spinning OK but obviously air flow was restricted.

 

Car now boosting at 90%, massive improvement. :hyper: Must be a little bit more paper left somewhere, not too worried i'll find it eventually or it may burn itself out.
