As above, are there any ishues with fitting the Jap auto box to a uk car?

 

Uk car has an oil cooler and doesn't have the power / hold buttons

Spoke to that company. the guy started laughing when i mentioned 300zx :rofl:

 

Basicaly they're a pain in the arse, complicated and too expensive, they want around £1400, and thats if they don't need a donor box.

 

Plus £150 for the torque convertor referbed :shock:

Got a call back and i can get a 2nd hand UK auto box with 6 months warrenty for £350 delivered!!

yes, no problems.

 

Jap does have oil cooler (its in rad) so oil pipes are still there and the Power/hold stuff is to to do with autobox ECU.

 

Boxes are the same.

as above my uk auto went so i put in a jap one looked identical and worked fine. not too bad of a job to do actually
