Hi Guyz

I am SERIOUSLY considering buying a Z. I've just sold my GTO TT and was going to go for a Toyota Aristo TT but am now moving towards buying a 300TT. I had one of the early models and liked that a lot and know that the second series was much better. So I'm in the market for a decent one with the money waiting (and burning a hole in my pocket - afterall, its getting near Christmas and don't want to have to spend it on luxuries such as presents for the kids, clothes and food).

I couldn't find a 'say hello' section so posted here to ..... errr..... say 'hello'

If anyone is looking to sell a nice TT, I'd love to hear/see.

Anyways..... on with the show.

Cheers

Hello and welcome - take your time in looking for a good one - they are out there. :D

Get yourself down to a local meet or two - a good chance to ask questions :D

Check out the Cars for Sale forum - some nice examples on sale at the moment and don't discount the NA version. :hyper: not that I'm biased

Hi mate and welcome :duffer:

As said above take your time and drive as many as you can as there are lots of dogs about.

Autos dont tend to get driven as hard as manuels.

As for uk v import there is not much difference between the two uk are cheaper to insure and if you get a full spec uk model you get a few more toys.

Many people say dont buy a uk coz of rust but to be fair there are a few uk cars about without any rust and jap spec cars that have been over here for a few years will prob be starting to rust now anyway.

Hope that helps you a bit if you have any more questions just post them up on here and we will all do our best to answer them.

Good luck in your quest for a nice zed im sure you will find one.

Buy with your head not your hart and you will save money in the long run :D

Cheers

Matt

Welcome bud - try to get yourself to a meet, talk to some of the other members, take a look at their cars. We're a friendly bunch on here :D

StellaZ: Thanks mate, lovely car. Bonnet looks superb! Trouble is that one is a little beyond my post-GTO budget sadly! :(

Thanks everyone for the welcome. Makes a change from the usual 'welcome to the madhouse' type car forums where you get warned 'this is a mad place with mad people' and 'we're nice here but hate such-and-such forum (usually a rival club for same marque)'. Again, thanks for the warm welcome and I'll keep it updated about my search.
