Manual cars that are going to the scrap yard in the sky therefore meaning the ratio of manual to auto is going up leading to the current situation, so rather than a decrease of manuals you have a steady amount and the autos are decreasing :nana2:

And yes Richard I think people sell Manuals less often but there are definately more out there than Autos.

Think the latest from the clubs database (top of my head) is 48% manual 52% auto.

 

Although we have many cars in the database without the auto/manual data, so that figure could be a load of shit. LOL

When i was looking to buy i came accross alot more autos than manual's.

 

I suppose the only way to really find out would be to find out the official nissan figures then use some common sense as to how many have been converted etc... That way you could make a sensible estimate.

I think maybe they chase a smaller market, therefore stay for sale longer - I know when I was looking for my first Zed way back in 2001, I settled for an auto in the end, 'cos I couldn't find a manual for sale anywhere!

 

If you look at any of those Jap sites that list cars coming up for auction, I'm pretty sure there's usually more autos than manuals...
