depends on rim design, but i had split rims 18x9 running +33 and they cleared. Being 17" you might need a bit more clearance. To clear my 355 k sports i';m running a bigger spacer which effectively makes the offset +20

Need to roll the front arches to get away with this though with 265 tires.

Try it, use a spacer if you need it.

PS, your rears will catch the arches, need to be around +44 -> +40 with a 10" rim. Also with the wheel being 17" it will catch the hicas arm :(

I had to put a 5mm spacer on the front when i fitted my callipers. This would suggest that the callipers are at least 5mm bigger as the wheels fitted OK with the stock ones.

A 6mm spacer was not quite enough to clear my calipers on the front!

I am now running a 25mm bolt on spacer and it is plenty. Also means that the wheels fill the arches properly now...

Well i have + 25 offset on my fronts (18") and they clear the brembos with loads of space. fill the wheel arches nicely and don't need the arches rolled. If they were + 20 then the extra 5mm would rub I recon.

will 18x9.5 20 offset fit with brembos??

yes, but you'll need skinny stretched tires to avoid rolling the arches, even then it'll be touch and go

you only need to worry about the front wheel's ....the rear's are fine ....

if the front have deep dished. then you have problem's...

I really think you'd have serious handling problems with those on the front unless you had 19 x 13.5J on the rears.

Remeber the Zed isn't 4 wheel drive so the wider the front tyre the more tramlining you'll get and the worse the car will be to strear in the rain. Everyone thinks that more rubber means better handling, but it actually mean more traction. You need just enough traction on the front to counter the amount your drive wheels are pushing you. Too much up front and they get hold of everything and instead of increasing your control they give the too much traction and leave you fighting every conture of the road to see who is wins the steering battle. Usually it will be the road unless your on a well surfaced race track.

Just look at the Porsche 911 GT3. It pushes 500bhp and it come standard with 235/30/19's up front and 285/25/19's on the rear. + The Ferrari 430 only has 235's up front. It is only the 4WD big power cars with wide front tyres.

Seeing as I need to know the correct answer now too, what offset will I need to clear my Brembos on the front?

Flat dish 30 conave 25 offset.

Coolio, thanks Mark.

I have been looking at some of these.

Offset +35 all round.

Should do the job, me thinks...
