Asda are now charging a £60 fine for anyone parking in a 'parent and child' parking space who don't have kids

Why are these places always right outside the ****ing door??? If you can walk round a bloody supermarket then you can certainly walk across a ****ing carpark

It's slightly harder than that. My father's crippled and has a blue badge and he had to be declared as such by a number of doctors.

I and he agree that there are far too many disabled places. I've never ever seen, even on a really busy day, even 1/4 of the disabled bays filled up. It's not quite as bad with a parent/child bays though.

exactly those that are genuine have to go through shit!!! say youve got a bad back and cant work, well they all seem to have them and a car on mobility

parked in a disabled bay once with my mate in her supra (veilside body kit) and some woman comented 'driving that you cant be disabled' ...... she repies - no but my car is! (it was rather wide for a normal parking bay)

I'm all for prosecuting those inconsiderate b@stards who park in disabled bays when they clearly are not. Although those "mother & child" bays are quite handy for us ZX owners because all the normal bays are just too narrow nowadays........... :(

And here's another (although rather sexist) observation. In normal (ie not supermarket) car parks, I have noticed that most female drivers park "nose in" whilst most men reverse park in the bays. However in supermarket car parks I have noticed the reverse is true - why do women reverse park in supermarket parking bays; completely daft when you need to put your shopping in the boot!!!

And another rather sexist observation - I have noticed that when driving around all car parks, it is mostly women drivers who tear around them at 20+ mph

Slow down!! you never know when someone may be reversing blindly out of a bay.......

Richard

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

Anybody who shops in Asda only has themselves to blame. I could never see the point of Asda and now it's owned by a bunch of union bashing rednecks...

Still, at least it keeps the riff-raff out of Waitrose.

Next time you get told your not disabled when you park in a disabled bay just say " yes i am i got Tourette's FOOK OFF

i dont have any choice its less than half a mile away and i have to say it, i hate it. Our local asda is where God dropped off all the seconds when he was creating humans.

its a simple solution just borrow a kid from someone or pop in to your local orphanage there are kids there who would jump at the chance of a trip out then you can park safely

What pi55es me off is the disabled people who park in the child spots!! and they do, wonder if they will get fined??

I agree about being a bit off parking in the disabled spots but there are far to many of them.

I get more annoyed by the disabled people who think the badge enables them to park in the most stupid places, theres a one way road near me with a car park off it and for some reason they always want to park on the opposite side of the car park entrance, bloody dozens of them and its a pretty tight turn to get into the carpark as it is without the road being cut down by half.

I went into one of these car park with my father in the car.....I'm 28.....

Still, it's parent and child isn't it??

Hang on a minute, if I go to a supermarket I try and find the quietest corner so no ****er prangs into it!

And you lot want to park your zeds right next to the front door
