Boost leak

Hi guys,

 

Got my first Zed - 92 TT Manual in black.

 

Really happy with it but i think i have a boost leak. On hard acceleration i can hear a hiss from the engine compartment when the boost kicks in. Dont think it wasw doing this when i got it.

 

Also, when engine is warm the idle is a little rough at times. Someone mentioned that it could be o2 sensors? Does this sound right?

    OK, sounds like it needs some TLC. Any ideas on where i can start looking. I live in Sussex, does anybody know a Zed specialist in my area?

    on idle spray some wd40 around boost pipes/vacume pipes/ballance bar and see iff revs increase, 9 times outer 10 that finds a leak :)
