one of my mates he changed his engine with a uk one ,he's got a jap tt and he put a uk tt in the car ,anyone knows if he's got to adjust the timing or to change the chip or anything else ? This is the 3rd engine he changed in 2 months and know this engine is got a ticking noise and i don't know exactly what is is,it sound like a realy bad tappets noise but the sound is not always there...any ideeas wat it can be? the oil is been changed with 10w60 rs castrol

differances i can think are mearly the waterpump pulley wheel has a larger diameter on a uk car, you can fit either! just means you would need a 1010 alternator belt for uk pulley

k....what do you think about this smoke,what can it be cos it changed the driver side turbo that he thought was smoking and is still smoking....any ideeas?

....sorry the video is not uploding ...wrong format...anyway the car is smoking after he let go at the acceleration pedal ,if he keeps the revs hight it won't smoke only after he let go at the acceleration...any ideeas what can it be?
