Ordered a set from the states KYN GR2's really quickly delivered, but UPS ripped me off a bit. basically they are labeled $44 dollars in value, looks like customs messed up how much i needed to pay and charged me £15 duty and then ups charged a £11 surcharge. Thats £26 on what is effectivley a £22 item. but i have them now and they look lovely and shiney (unlike the rest of my car :))

will do need to work out when i can get down there as my wife seems to be working all the time. though thats not a bad things as i get to go on the computer without anyone moaning.

You pay customs duties on the overall price including shipping, so 15 quid is correct, the 11 quid is obviously a UPS fee which often happens. Your lucky cos had the parcel gone astray, which it can, all you would be able to have claimed is the actual $44 and nowt else!

£143 i think, well plus the 26 so £169 for all 4 all in.

I got done exactly the same amount by UPS for a set of GR2s last year. Ironically, got charged the same again for a set of KYB-AGXs as well :confused:

I worked out id pay the same if i got a new set of stocks and i like the sound of having KYB's even if they probally arnt any better than having Stocks. Should make my car better as everyody says theys cars transform with new shocks.
