When im driving and go over a hole/manhole/etc, one of the front wheels squeeks. Any ideas what this may be? Or how to test for the squeek without being inside of the car, driving?

try silicone spray on the shock absorbers - top, bottom and where the chrome rod enters the main body of the shock - under the dust boot - if it's still there.

Maybe front upper arms bushes need replacing .It maybe an idea replace them with adjustable front camer arms ,its quite a common fault on z32s.

normally a sqeak from the front of the car is the bonnet check your bonnet stops the little rubber blocks on the nearside and off side off the bonnet right at the front just above the head lights they should be about 10mm long if mem serves me right
