Here is a list from our FAQ section courtesy of AndyP:

You'll need all these bits :-

Gearbox

Gear lever

New leather gear lever boot + 2 rubber boots underneath

Master cylinder

Slave cylinder

All hydraulic pipework

Pedal box

Flywheel

Pressure plate

Clutch disc

Throw out bearing

Front half of the propshaft

The plate that sits between engine & gearbox

Wiring loom for the reverse & neutral gearbox switches

Wiring loom for the alternator

Both clutch servo vacumn tanks + pipework

I would also recommend replacing all the cheap rubber bits like dust seals and so on, plus the gear shift bush and the gearbox rear mount & prop centre bearing.

also, here is a z1motorsport write up...

Hi mate, EXTREM IMPORTS is selling the lot for 700 and I think he even put in a post today saying that he would sell it for 500 for a quick sale. Something to think about.

Hi Stu

Is your car a TT or an NA? The clutch , flywheel, slave and master cylinders, balance bar, bell housing, forward prop section (NA prop and diff smaller) and peddle box for NA is different to that of the TT although the NA will work on the TT bur it's HP limitations are not as robust as the TT equipment.

I will shortly have a complete NA set up and a second NA set up minus prop and Flywheel.

slave cylinder is the same, master is differant is all. and pipework runs in a slightly differant manner, which can be changed for a one piece braided hose

Well the slave cylinder I have off a 94 NA is different to the new Slave cylinder I bought last year for my TT. So did they change them after 94?

How did it differ Mark, as Im also sure clutch slave is the same. I've seen TT box fitted to NA a couple times and no change to the clutch slave needed.....just checked courtesy and Coz and they only list one slave cylinder type for all.

I would advise a a specialist garage to do it for you, IMHO :)

Also if you do it yourself, change the rear crank seal, front gearbox seal & new spigot bearing

Good luck, try searching ref this subject loads of info availiable.

Or you could give me your email address & i will send it to you :)

The Z1 Motorsport write up is rubbish as you do not require to change any looms or the plate between the engine and the gearbox but you will require a flywheel spigot bush and the bolts which hold the flywheel to the crankshaft and of course the bolts for the clutch assembly. I would advise buying a complete propshaft assembly to save time changing the front half. Also around the gearstick the 2 rubber gaitors requires a fixing plate + bolts, and the upper leather gaitor requires a fixing plate + screws. It is not a diificult job and can be completed in a day but that was using a four poster ramp and excluded the clutch booster setup.

Deffo agree regarding the propshaft ! :)
