re-upholstery

A while ago I was looking at a guide to re-upholstering door cards... Sure that it was on this site, does anyone know where it is plz or have a link to it ?

Can't find it now :(

    Thanks mate but it was a thing on actually reupholstering them, not seen it for ages though. It showed refitting the leather etc :confused:

    Just in the process of finishing my retrimming and the door panels are the worst :(

     

    You can remove all the other panels separtely so you can pull the new trim / leather round the back, but the door panels are one piece and you cannot separate them !

     

    Not impossible but plenty of patience needed

    Yeah, I looked at doing mine, took the panel off thinking it would split into two sections and be easy, found it doesn't and decided that I just don't have the patience for it - would have ended up trashing it, so interior is a bit of a mix and match job, but doesn't look too bad...............well, not to me anyway!!
