Hello, Can anyone tell me what air con gas refill I should use theres the R134 for newer cars, R12 and R22 is it any of these?, where can I get the refill from and how much does the air con need from empty?

Also I need to replace passenger side headlight for my UK 91 tt. Whats the best and quickest way to do this as I dont get much time with 3 kids!!

Why reags it????? it's excess weight you don't really need. cut it out and file it under "R" for rubbish :shock:

I'm sure i read on here a few weeks ago about someone getting their air con re-charged at Kwik-Fit for only £40 as its a new service they are doing.

Iv done that before on a celica GT4 and wished I dident when im sat in traffic, typical UK summer, raining and hot and sweating my tits off!! and longing for some cold air!!!

Theres Kwik Fit near me so I shall give them a ring tomorrow and see!!

i agree, iff it was a choice of losing my air or one of the kids then its goodbye my child have a nice life :D

Lmao seems as though you all like your air con then......

I have seen the adverts for kwik-fit they will carry out a vaccum test on the system to ensure there are no leaks then regas the system. No sure whether it's an air con check or regas though.

Will have to look into that one then!!

Headlight is held on with 4 bolts - 1 in each corner.

They can be reached via the nose panel, indicator hole and inner wheel arch.
