Arrg I feel like shit.

Shoulders no differnt than normal so dont need the pain killer, but by christ I feel tired.

 

suposed to go in at 10.30 but didnt go in till 2.45 think someone had comlications before me and the surgery was longer than anticipated. Dindnt have anything to eat of drink since 7/8 last night.

did they find anything then ?
