Looks to me like you ought to be able to get a bit of braided made up to replace the whole lot. From the pic it looks like a screw in one end and a banjo the other.

If you can find the thread size I could probably bring enough bits for you to make one.

I'll be at SE tomorrow so I'll see if they've got summat suitable, if not then I might be able to get a handful of Goodrich bits that should enable you to knock something up.

from memory (while being nosey when the AA man was doing a temp fix), it has a banjo one end (thats the round thing at the cylinder end?) and the other end finishes with the plate that slots into a locator on chassis, and an inside threaded fitting, which the pipe coming down screws into with a standard 10 or 11mm bolt fitting (long sentence wink.gif )

the aa guy didnt undo the little bolt fitting, as it looks fairly crudded up and will most likely break when i try and do it frown.gif

but will soak it in "stuff" for a while first

Andy, do you come back north or south side of the M25 ? wink.gif

Hmmm, now I get 30855 30P01 - so what is the difference ??????

Anyway, Craig I'll be going on the North side of the M25, unless Sutton is particuarly close to Horton smile.gif

I think Eric's part number is for a LHD. I agree with Andy for a UK spec.

Don't know if this snap helps, if you are thinking about making one up.

30651 is the "alternative part code".

Good luck. Geoff

ok, got the part off, but cant find the hole in the pipe frown.gif

anyone know what pressure the system generates ?

ie, i guess its pretty unlikely i can blow down the pipe to find the hole... cos it dont show..

now to find somewhere to make it.. i guess sunday is very unlikely, so zedless tomorrow if i make it down frown.gif
