Anyone know which wire on the MAF is just black and which is black with silver bits?

As above , one of the drifty guys needs to know which wire on the MAF is just black and which is black with silver bands on. It just says two black ones in the manual:

I've got to go for dinner :nana2: If anyone knows it would be great if you can post on there or let me know and I'll post later.

i think when it says silver bands it means its shielded so it will have like tin foil round the black wire your looking for, the other black is a ground.

Ta Mike but he wants to know which one it corresponds to above in the diagram, they both say B (black) whereas one has the silver bands and he doesn't know which is which. He's putting the MAF into a skyline.

It looks like the connector is polorised. The middle one of the five wires (black) is going to engine ground.

The other 'B' wire (ie not the middle of the five) is going to the ecu.
