Ok, so what pisses me off about this is the following. Most people who have/drive these cars rarely use them anyway because fuel, tax and insurance are so ridiculously high.

 

So, taking away someone's summer weekend pleasure is a miserable thing to do. I have a very boring second car because of that reason. So why penalise such a minority to such a high degree?

I did yes. Apparently one cow emits 500litres of methane per day of which its C02 contribution outweighs that of most cars! Not sure how true that is to be honest and what basis of car useage that's on.
