Unlucky mate. £1400 could buy you another Z almost, well, an N/A auto. My last MOT only cost me about £100, just a front wheel bearing and steering rack bellows was all it needed.

still, I agree with you Justin I have spent easily double that in between MOTs to kepp it on the road. But I love it more than ever after today (see other thread)
