Bigger disks behind stock wheels

Had a quick search but couldn't find anythig + I'll get a boloking for being on here during work LOL (sorry in advance)

 

Question :-

Is it possible to put larger disks behind stock wheels with stock calipers

not sure about having the stock wheels on not alot of room there for bigger discs, its not too much of a problem to use the stock calipers just need the proper brackets. if your going up in disc size then you may well need a 17 inch wheel. Couldnt really tell you how much of a bigger disc youd get in there with the stock wheels on. wouldnt of thought it would be to great.

Pretty sure Jimmer can't get standard rims on the front now. He's using OEM calipers with 350Z rotors + brackets.

I shoule hope not, that kit is designed for 17in minimum :D

As far as I know, the only size you can go upto with stock wheels is 296, as found on the r32's, however the extra 16mm will prove totaly fruitless bud, just get decent discs and pads.
