depends on what suspension you have , coilovers are ideal on this, as you can adjust the damping rate as well..If you do lower the car by more than an inch or so, you should look at correcting camber as well.. HTH

    havent got car yet still looking (waiting for pennies) just planning ahead e36 i have at the minute is 60mm on 18" just got to shift it cheers
