Evo 6 is a quick car roomy and well built and if not too high powered quite reliable

silly powered Evos need very regular tuning and servicing .........

the grip is astonishing , they are a bit "halfords" for my taste but it was not so bad sat in my brothers ...

When you say silly power how silly or you talking about and what kinda tuning??

Thanks

yea i got plenty experience of seeing them dissappear in my rear view mirror :D my mate had an evo4 which was quite quick and another mate has an evo7 with zorst, induction kit and tubular manifold, my standard uk auto tt matched it from 50mph onwards (to the speed limit of course) never played with one in my j-spec

A freind of a freind who has owned several says that the 4 is the best as they got a bit lardy after that. Guess he's never been in a zed then lol

As far as looks go, Evo 7 onwards are the nicest. Evo 6 is gross. Looks like a chaved up taxi with its big ugly bodykit.

You wanna get off the fence you and say what you mean.

Agreed though, 7 onwards. Good luck with that super unleaded though.

A couple of ex-zed owners (Paul Stevens & Karlosg) have moved to the Evo and have been very happy with their experiences. They are now both members on the Lancer Register but pop back on here now and then..
