Hello,

I am new here and have joined your happy band because I am nearing the day when I purchase a 300ZX.

I have wanted one for a while (since I was 13 when the came out that is a while!!!) and have decided that I will buy one in January.

I am here really to find out as much as I can, so I can buy the best possible car. I am looking for a 2+2, other than that I don't care if it is Import or UK, Turbo or N/A.

My last fast Nissan was my 200SX (1994 S13) that I had from 2000-2003, I have since had a BMW 635CSi and a couple of Volvo 740's (great for commuting from Taunton to London weekly). Now I want another fast car and have decided to buy the best value for money super car in the world (IMHO).

Oh, why Stick Legs?? I used to race mountain bikes and have very skinny calves, (the rest of my is not skinny!!) Stick Legs is my handle on http://www.retrobike.co.uk, so to keep it simple...

Hope to meet some of you soon, look out for a new Z prowling exmoor in the new year!

Faster, sounds nicer, get's 10 times as many looks, but will be twice as expensive to run/own.

LOL! I'm sure it won;t be more than my 200! I was young, naive and had cash on the hip, I drove it like an animal and had it serviced by the main dealer I bought it off. :headvswal

It went through 2 engines and countless warped discs and shattered clutches in 3 years. L324KMJ Avoid!

I have grown up a bit, I much prefer driving within a cars limits now. That is why I need a car with such high limits! :D

Oh, just watched Kill Bill 1 last night, Sophie Fatale's blue Fairlady Z. That's the car for me!
