One of the guys in Texas I chat to on 32ZC has just fitted leather seat coverings from these guys.... http://www.leatherseats.com

Very good quality by the looks of things. You can order online and to your exact specification, plus order large sections of leather for trimming door cards, dash and whatever... very very good value too, site has all the pricings and everything you need, plus other options and gaitors etc.

Here's his seats fitted...

I'll probably be ordering from them towards the end of the summer! :hyper:

Only the seat frames I think, the main custon and back supports are identical iirc.

You can choose from loads of colours and stuff. Some nice stuff on there.

Just been pricing up mine. Going to go for charcoal boltsers, with either a sandstone suede centre with a light grey stitching or a light grey leather centre.

Will order corresponding material for the centre consol and underdash plus door cards, but will get those specially cut and pressed at Krytch trimmers here in Bristol.

yeah sure very nice and might be reasonably priced, as with most things across the pond however once youve been hammered with shipping and god damn import tax it becomes a costly job

Damn this government!

There's extra controlls on the drivers seat aren't there???

Yeah, that's on the base/frame and only on series one. Makes no odds to the cushions etc.

Narrr, shipping won't be that pricey. The skins will fold very flat and you can get them in a nice slim box not much bigger than A3 sized. You'll have to pay about £100 tax, but that's not so bad when you get them at such a good price anyway.

100 quid tax!!! i hate this country!

£350 for seats only IMHO is very cheap. People sell rabid old 17 OEM leather seats for £200.

Yeah me too. My standard tweed is in amazing condition. No wear or anything. Would be a shame to bin mine, so will get some series two seats I think...electric PAX seat is needed. :)

Nooooooo. I want some contrasting centre bits and under dash material too. I find the Z interior of a very very nice design...unfortunately just trimmed in unflattering colours and materials. :)

yeah Ive got recaros in mine but i dont like them tbh

I'm sure someone would do a straight swap with those for some series 2 front seats.

quite possibly but I wouldnt swap them for a raggy old set cos mine are minter than a mint thing :D

Same here. I'm sure I could get some pennies for my interior, even though it's tweed, some people may just want to replace their tired old 'Wurzel Gummage' seats with firm new looking originals. :)

Not been that impressed with the Nippon stuff TBH. Dave your seats were nice though, just others I've seen I've not been that fussed about. Stitching didn't look great, and fitment wasn't too hot. But I suppose fitment is only as good as the person fitting it etc...I dunno...

Catskins are very good too. Friend of mine has them in his Z and they are a nice fit, good stitching and a good cut.

top link look the smae as whats in mine, quality might be better but i wish someone would come up with a new design as im feeling rather common lol

mine are from NBippon, fitted by Pete at Nippon and not one person has ever thought they were covers they all thought the were reupholstered seats!
