on my way to work, sat at traffic lights waiting to turn left with a silver focus behind me. just as the lights change theres a jolt on the rear end. the impacient t*at has decided to come round me to go straight on at the lights. the C*NT didnt even stop. i did however get the plate number. what a start to monday morning. im fookin fuming and now have to go to cop station to report it. the other party then have 24hrs to report it, otherwise its classed as failure to stop at the scene of an accident :rant:

Some people should be driving IMHO

After an accident you have 24 hours to report it but it must be done as soon as practicable but anyway the other driver has still failed to stop regardless.

Sorry I don't agree with dodgy claims, but deffo get the git done.

no need mate. apparently the owner has neither reported it to their insurance, or the police. as of now my solicitors have informed their insurance, which im sure they will be onto the owner and also the police will be onto them as well hopefully intending to prosecute. as far as im concerned they deserve everything throwing at them.
