on my way to work, sat at traffic lights waiting to turn left with a silver focus behind me. just as the lights change theres a jolt on the rear end. the impacient t*at has decided to come round me to go straight on at the lights. the C*NT didnt even stop. i did however get the plate number. what a start to monday morning. im fookin fuming and now have to go to cop station to report it. the other party then have 24hrs to report it, otherwise its classed as failure to stop at the scene of an accident :rant:

something similar happened to my mate a couple of months ago, was coming off a roundabout onto a dual carriage way in his focus when a pr!ck in a 4x4 cut him up and clipped his wing in the process, the crumpled wing then was forced into the tyre causing it to shred, he was too busy trying to control his car he didnt get a chance to get the reg, it really boils my p**s knowing there are people out there who do things like that and its probably the same type of person who would drive off after knocking somebody over :headvswal im really wound up now things like this really get to me :rant: they should all be stuck in a room till they go mad with hunger then throw some knives and forks in :rant: :headvswal

yep. on my way to cop station within the next 10 min. my neck does have a twitch all of a sudden. :D

Might be worth a trip to the local hospital, just to have it reported too, backs up your claim on his insurance!!

Was going to work along the A12 stopped at lights where the 2 lanes split into 3 then merge back into 2 once over the lights I was in the outside lane, twat in his work van in the middle, because the inside lane traffic merge into the middle he moved into my lane when i was 3/4 the way past him, i could see him getting closer but fook all i could do about it, then bang right into the rear quarter, I slowed down but he shot off, and me in hot persuit, I was in my 200sx so easily cought him pulled in front of him and stopped him in the middle lane, eventually pulled over, twat tried to say i went into him but you could easily see his tyre mark on the paint where his wheel was turned into me. His insurence company tried to blame me but to no avail thanks to my camera phone and the fact he drove off, his excuse for driving off was because its a dangerous road to stop, told him its also an offence to leave the scene of an accident

right. update. ive been to the docs on the way back from work & i do genuinely have whiplash. my neck has been getting tighter as the day has gone on and headache this afternoon. im more bothered about the car though, it looks a mess now. i dont know whether to leave it as is or try cutting what i can out. its still going to be scratched anyway.

As soon as the police decide whats happening, you can then get the insurance involved, so let them sort it. Unless of course you are fully comp, then get them in anyway, they'll recover the costs from the other guy anyway, your going to claim for the whiplash anyway!!

yes. deffo fully comp, would not have it any other way. im going to ring the insurance up tom morning. anyone know what livingstones warmer are like in this situation ?. my access is 500, but i dont see why i should have to pay a penny out for anything.
