I'm organising a day out at Triton Motorsport ( Aviation Park West, Bournemouth International Airport, Christchurch, Dorset,) with Banzai Club to give people a chance to get their cars on the rolling road..... and thought I would post it up here too... incase any of you want to join us - the more the merrier :hyper:

 

Good chance to see what power your cars are pushing! I've not contacted Triton yet, but according to their website this is included:

 

A complete health check report, ECU check and Rolling Road Power run with printouts for just £30 + VAT.

 

However, if we get enough people interested - we may be able to get some sort of club/group discount.... need to contact them once I know numbers and see what they say.

 

As far as dates are concerned - we have a few shows in June & July.. so I'm thinking the first Saturday of August - give us a bit of time to save a few pennies, do a few tweaks and get some more members interested!

There is a burger van for food, drinks (both cold and hot) and chairs & tables etc outside for those who dont want to stand and watch the dyno results in the garage area!! :D

 

Bring your cameras too - nice spot to park your cars next to some hoooge aeroplanes and take some photos!! :D

to qualify for a discount we really need a minimum of 15 people.... (£30) or if its less than 15 - the price goes up to £40..

 

Come on - anyone else want to try and will the above deffo make it.

 

Doubt there will be happy people if you have your name down only for us to pitch up and have to pay £40 coz they havent pitched up!!!! (of course things happen last minute!)

i will be at the meet . will be nice to see some z's on the rollers . won't have mine back in time from the bodyshop . and the only car i have to get around in is a peugeot 406 1.8 16 v . i know it makes a whopping -150 bhp . but will be there for support . :hyper: :hyper: :hyper:

Well, despite having sold the Zed :cry:, we'll still be there because I said we would and because you're all such lovely people. Audi is confirmed, I'll be running the TVR or the zed's replacement (Seat Leon diesel :o ) depending on whether the TVR's impending service fixes a slight misfire on #8 pot.

I am interested. cant say for 100% sure because i am not able to plan my life that far in advance at the moment.

 

Will they just be bunging our cars on the rollingroad or is there some tuning included? I wouldnt mind making sure my boost controller is correctly set.

These guys are brilliant - they give you advice on anything and everything and will check things out for you.

 

They will tell you if anything is wrong :D
