Wow - I'm jealous, mate - always thought the road up through Glencoe, then on from Fort William up to Kyle of Localsh would be superb in a Z... Nice one. Watch out for the Sheep! :wack: :smash:

Love that area of Scotland.... fooking ace.

CheerZ,

JB.

I've done that route in my Z and it really is awesome!

Yes the sheep are suicidal! :wack:

Round the west coast islands is amazing scenery but the lack of petrol stations does get rather worrying so fill up whenever you can whilst trying not to look at the fuel prices! :o LOL

Looking forward to a camping trip up there in the summer :)

My parents live up in the Highlands and V-power garages are few and far between, however there are quite a few "Gleaner" garages around that sell 97 octane and they are owned by Shell so I use them if I`m caught short.

just got back from the trip   the road up to fort william was made for the zed and then up to portree ;) had some serious issues with getting fuel and then the octane was that shite had to keep boost below 7psi or sounded like the dett fairys were have a party (got to get 555,s) coming home last night i left at 7pm and drove untill 3am, got stopped doing 120mph by the local scotish traffic on a empty stretch just before glasgow and told to "slow down" more impressed with the car i think ;) , anyway motor never got above 88 degrees, oil never rose above 90 but after the dett issues ime now in the market for nismo 555,s and side mount i/c.

ps iff anyone does the same trip ffs watch them highland stags, the fvkers just jump out and stop and stare and doing 100 plus it aint funny :D

Sounded like a Hell of a trip, I used to go up that way to the Isle of Rum. :D
