As above, I know it is aftermarket but I am not sure what make it is.

cant work out the point of the plastic 'lunchbox' :confused: maybe its a sort of water deflector from below. those filters are filthy mate - it looks like a donkey's jizzed over it all :p get em changed and you'll surely notice a difference

Ive seen this on a jap site. I have bonovile in my mind, but i cant remeber the name of the website, just bonovile.

The filters look like the ones that SE Nissan supplied with their Maxflow Induction Kit. However, I don't recognise the plastic/metal bit they're attached to...

That's probably not a bad guess. The rad in their is an ARC unit.

 

And you are correct, they are K&N filters.

And yes I will get some new clean ones ASAP.

ah no probs, yeh they are quite pricey alrite an i dont thnk they even make them ne more now !

The filters on that box are probably M,s factory ones which are a rebadged KaN filter .Thats if it came over from japan like that ,they should have a M,s factory logo on the plastic top .

All I know about the filters are that they are imprinted with K&N on the top...

No, similar but the SE ones were cylindrical, those are conical. I replaced mine with K&N's.

You will all be glad to know I have finally got round to finding some replacement filters for this.

 

Unfortunately they will not be here in time for the drag challenge on Sunday...
