Just about to go through the painful process of getting the Zed's body looking perfect when I remembered that I need to find out about this stuff. My car is a '94 N/A imported in November 06 and there is a sticker in the rear side window for Polymer Sheik. I have looked it up on that there interwebnet and it's obviously some sort of body protection, but my Japanese is none too clever, so can only actually decipher the "polymer sheik" bit! :(

Any one know anything about it, whether it's safe to use 3M hand glaze on it to get the colour back (it's black) or else (real long shot here....!) read japanese  so you can translate for me

Thanks mate. Love that translation! Well it appears to have worked as the body is in superb nick :) . I was worried that it might be some sort of film (although I couldn't see anything on the car) that would start to lift or discolour if I did the wrong thing to it.

Guess the previous owner was a "question fish customer"
