Its def not a standard Nissan sticker, more like those done by a garage informing of next service, or cam belt done at **** type of thing.

Is it a reflective silver sticker? with a mileage and some numbers on it? Sounds like it could be the service sticker - the 3 numbers beng the age in yers and months that the service was completed (apparently!)
