I was just wondering. Ive ploud so much into my car now its a joke, and im still 5-10K away from finishing.

 

So I was thinking if I sold mine I would have around 14K to spend on an import. (if I broke the car I would have 20K to spend)

and r33 could be a good way to go but you could just end up back in the same place with any car you buy.

Unfortunatly the project as some know is to break 200mph so everything on/in the car has to be up to scratch.

The interior, well I know I can get a basic kit, but I dont want to replace part of it, I want teh whole lot done.

The rubber I need, well at teh planned speed it aint worth looking for cheap and chearfull as my lifes worth more than that.

 

The funny part is I have everything except the wheels and the interior. The roll cage is going to be done properly as its going to be for go and show second.

I was'nt aware of the 200mph goal, but I was'nt talking about basic, cheap or all show.

 

if not already done so, speak to Slickpete and/or JD (maxsunny to I believe), they both have had Rollcages built for the Z32....for High performance track work.

i reckon you'd still end up modding the replacement! IF (and that's a big if) I had to replace the Zed I'd go for the new Z06 :) doubt you'll want to mod that, and monthly payments will be what you spend in mods anyway!

WHY??? Where the hell are you going to go to do that.... Even if you get a GTR you'll still need to spend 15-20K to get it to 600BHP so as to top 200MPH... Fit a nitrous kit.... Failing that, throw the Zed out of a plane, it'll hit 200 then :-) If you want 200MPH, don't change the interior, strip it completely, fit a nitrous and a sequential gearbox... to start

I'd buy a Nice Honda S2000 with a supercharger and spend the rest on a really good holiday.

In Jan 05 I spent 21k on a Warrier and I love it Chris;)

Failing that, throw the Zed out of a plane, it'll hit 200 then :-)

 

as long as the car points straight down, otherwise i reckon terminal velocity would be lower than 200 mph :D
