I'm going to do my front upper arms tomorrow, my question is when i remove the oem ones will the springs come out of tension??? if so i guess i will have to get some spring tensioners to get the new arms on????

so i can just knock the bolts through, and whack the new ones straight in, nothing else to worry about

Erm just make sure they go in the correct way, very easy to put them in wrong and have them touching the cup mount.
