only does it in the morning till it gets a bit of engine heat going down to it but which part of the front suspension could be squeaking its doing my head in :confused:

shock mounts or tension rod bushes, my moneys on tension rod bushes.

as above, best bet is to squirt some wd-40 on a certain area at a time if the squek goes then you have found the issue, but as above normally tension rod bushes.

Just had both my upper arms and tension rods done and it's still squeaking.

 

Guessing it must be the shock mounts on mine then. Cheers guys :D

thanks for the feedback lads ;) after reading all the options ive deceided to hire a skip,fill it with 10/40 multigrade and dip the complete car for 24 hours this will then oil all the bushes and underseal the chassis for the next ten years :D

mine next then ;) .

i have had a squeek on mine for the entire 2 years of ownership . i've dopne the upper link arms and the tension rods so have eliminated them both. so going to try the wd40 trick also. humm just got to remember to avoid the discs.

it certainly is :( .

it does it nearly all the time except in heavy rain so somthing is dry. i suspect its the spring on the upper seat thats squeeking. thats my first point of call.

seriously tho where the spring sits on the front suspension i think the spring is rubbing on the top mount point. the squeek is coming from the top inside the wing so thatsa the closes thing to it iirc.

yea i normally squirt oil on the top strut mount on mine and it soaks down in a day or two
