We have a whole country of footballers, how many devisions, 4?, and yet we call up players from the same 3 teams and ask them to do things they don't allways do.

 

Make Gerrard and Lampard fight for the shirt but don't put them together, pick players from other divisions who would run until they fall down and give blood to play for their country.

WTF does he play Stevie on the right and reLAMPtARD in the middle. Lamps is probably one of the most over-rated players in the premiership never mind the england squad! If it came down to consistancy, quality of service, creativeness on the ball and shear danger factor infront of goal, GERRARD WOULD WIN EVERY TIME!! im not just saying that because im a liverpool fan, its because its true.

 

Same goes with Carragher, should be in the 1st team everytime, only thing stopping him from being the best defender in the country is that terry is better going forward.
