i bought this clutch second hand from a guy in the states.

He told me that it was on his 300zx 1995 TT.

Any help very welcome on this.

I bought a new one but would like to sell this one to the proper car :)

are you trying to sell this bud,you need to explain a little more on what you are saying

i want to know because i bought it from a 300zx in the states and it don't fit my Z

 

So the question is does the american 300zx have a different driveshaft? or is there any difference with the 1995+ and the 90/94?

check the center hole on the shaft and the flywheel ;)

posssibly because most zeds in the states are na and yours is TT

no he told me it was install on a TT :(

it really does look like you have a space ring missing that fits between the crank and the flywheel look at the mark left by it on the back of the flywheel.

i would bet they havent sent it out to you

exactly, hole don't match.

8 holes on crankshaft and 7 on flyweel.

 

So now i'm sure it's definitivly not a Z32 clutch !!!

Z31?? But not 95!!!

What ever way you look at it, its non gona fit on your crank!!

One of the reasons i'm always a bit reluctant to buy anything from abroad, not much help for you there but it might help getting your own back by giving him strong negative feed back if you got it off ebay?

He bought it on twinturbo.net bud and at a really low price too.

Bubuche, best thing is really hassle this guy and if need be state your case on the TT.net forum saying how this guy won't sort you out. Can you find any type of Numbers on any of the parts on the clutch kit ? ones starting with S or T ? are the most important ones.

I can read OS 0297 on the flywheel and OS WB480 on the cover.

 

Will look closer tomorrow.

Just been looking and it looks like it s a clutch for an S14 SR20DET so at least you will be able to sell it fairly easily :)

i've checked with my friend here in France . He bought a Nismo twin plate chlutch and he has 8 holes on the flywheel :'( :'(
