What's best way to repaint grey strips that run over roof?....

...the paint on the strips that run up the sidesof the windscreen and over the roof are peeling off..but they are finished in an unusual paint, with crome underneath.Also there are similar grey strips at the base of the side windows.

What's the best way to re-finish them?

    I would like to know too, I peeled it all of round the windows back to the chrome, it looked better than the peeling mess but not much..looking forward to a response

    I've been looking into this, a guy on twinturbo.net used Truck Bed Liner paint which has the same textured finish. Saw some photos and it looked the business. Now the bad news, the manufacturer, Plasti-kote, does not export this part of its product range to the UK. I've looked on the UK Trade Association site for paint manufacturers (exciting stuff!) who do a similar product but with no success.

     

    I was going to try and order some of the stuff from the US, does anybody know if you can import aerosol products from the States?
