Is it possible to Remove a Back Spoiler from a 300ZX TT???

I am interested in this 300ZX purple from japcity through Kent terry, love the car but only thing is I wanted it with no back spoiler,,some Z´s came without it..my question is..is it possibly to remove the back spoiler without damaging paint? I mean is it attached part of the back? or is it just pop inn and take out easily??

 

what is the good thing about the back spoiler anyway's??

what is the difference between the ones who came with back spoiler and none??

anyway´s please let me know

also what could be a good alarm I could install on the car? any advices suggestions??

short version, no, paint will be damaged and you will end up with 6 holes in the tailgate.

excuse my stupidity but surely if na's camewithout the spoiler and the spoiler is attached to the tailgate....

why not fit the tailgate from an NA?

The rear spoiler was an option on the NA model and most Jap spec cars seem to have them, although in the US many don't...My NA has the spoiler, but I wish it didn't!

Stock spoiler on my N/A was perfrect when the car was imported. First frosty night over here i didn't put it in the garage and now the paint has cracks in it.

 

Damn

Stripped mine off last week and now have the holes, plus several dints in the tailgate. so I have a lower tailgate skin on order to sort out the problem.
