I'm trying to sort out a trip to Canada to see a mate in April, but it is looking more expensive than owning a zed.

im going to italy on friday for a week snowboarding, went to tamworth snowdome for a practice 2 weeks ago, it was very fun but bloody painful. I'll post my videos up in 2 weeks, it'll just be 4 guys falling over tho, no tricks or anything :)

Can't help with the camera settings mate but a club trip next year could be fun!

I used to be quite "up" on my SLR photography but that was many years ago ...

As far as I can remember there are special "snow" filters which prevent the snow part in your pictures from turning blue. Don't forget to adjust your f-stop in accordance to the filter instructions. Also, when taking pics in the snow the camera has a tendency to under expose so try and take meter readings off your darkest subject in the frame and lock the settings. I'm sure this makes sense somehow ...
