I went to see Jimmy Carr in Leicester last Thursday and a member of the audience asked him, and he said it was Damon Hill when he first went on (1st series), and now it's two rally drivers (whose names he didn't know) that take it in turns depending on who's free at the time.

He also pointed out that Damon lives near the TG track, and regularly pops down to play around in the cars with Jeremy, Hamster and May.

i thought it was jonny vaygus lol

I was told that its, various, F1/Ralley drivers, whoever is available, thats why he is anonamous. ;)

think theres been 8 or 9 stigs over the last few years, i have heard Damon Hill was one and ive heard this one is Johnny Herbert?

I would be suprised if Damon hill was one, as he is quite tall, All the stig's ive seen have been short blokes.

Its soooo obvious!

Think Ben Collins does the normal driving ie the power laps, he's been on as himself a few times, for the specialist stuff like the Renault F1 car, they just use the teams test driver, a rally car, they get a rally driver.
