Glad your happy mate, is the rest of the exhaust standard? if it is then wait till you change that as well, you will be setting of car alarms for miles.

At least it was worth the wait! How much did that cost you if I dont mind me asking, I'm thinking of going the same route and dumping the c/f bonnet.

In total I spent

 

£40 on second hand bonnet

£100 on the louvers being pressed into the bonnet

£180 on bare metal respray on both side of bonnet (could have been done cheaper)

 

So I guess for around £250 you can get it done, even less if you use your existing bonnet, the louvers are pressed in while you wait and they will remove the bonnet and refit it again for you.

And as far as I know I am now the only person with this style (James300's old car passed away I believe)
