I agree - people should report him to the police. Sounds like he's fiddled hundreds / thousands from different people in different clubs.

why doesn't someone contact admin and say you need to get hold of him due to a death, you don't need to mention its his own :tongue:

 

im sure if he still works there if people start contacting his work one way or the other he will SOON sort it

I still think one person (in some sort of position of authority in the club) could gather quite a few details from the people who've posted on here (the extent of the 'con' and personal details of 'Graham Foley') and give them to the police.

 

It wouldn't be a huge job and it might just get 'Mr Foley' nicked.

There's a few police on here but this is unlikely to be their be their 'area'. Although maybe they could point us in the right direction as to what to do / how to do it.

oh, by the way, if you like I'll have a word with a few ex-colleagues and see how the land lays with this. I'm thinking more along the lines of deception rather than theft, it'll be difficult to prove that he never had any intention of supplying the goods (especially as there is a partially broken car and lots of parts lying around at his address) however it's been a long time since I did any police work so I've probably over looked something.
