solenoid

hi my drivers side window has stopped working .i took off the door panel and a black 8 pronged box held on by a 10mm bolt is clicking, looks like a solenoid. when i tapped it the window went up and down. but now stuck in down position. does anyone have one please. i think it may be this or the switch

    Open this box (carefully) and re-solder ALL of the tags, for the connector, on the pcb. That should sort you window out!!
