That car's been up for sale before by the same guy as the wording is identical. Might be a little over priced for a LWB N/A? Looks nice though.

The steering wheel looks quite tired considering the mileage.

firstly its an NA with a tt front bumper on it! why its probably been in a smash worth pointing it out

Wouldn't automatically say that. The yanks fit TT bumpers to their NAs as the bumpers look a little better with the slats in then. The car's had sports seats fitted and different rims, so maybe the previous owner fitted the TT bumper?

 ok whatever floats ya boat.

Damn, I thought it was the TT (That'll teach me to look further next time) oh well back to the search

Thanks for the quick replies though

Yeh the seats and wheels were fitted by Nissan.

you are looking at a Version S Recaro.

Not neccesarily...some later model TT's from Japan didn't have the boost gauge.

The only way your gonna really know is if you go and look at it in the flesh. Looks nice but could do with a good clean.

 ok whatever floats ya boat.

Floats my boat? That is a dumb thing to say. It's fact. It's not me that says it.

somebody should ask him if it is a TT or not.

Or at least for a pic of the engine bay!

What do I need to look for in the engine bay to tell whether or not it is a turbo?

I think that's an NA.

I think the turbo has twice as many of those big hoses going from the front of the car to the engine.

TT bay for reference.

  • Turbo outlet hoses, the outer hoses.
  • Radiator, TT has aluminium top, cap is on the right, and the top brackets are right at the sides.
  • HICAS thing on the left inner wing.
  • V6 3000 strip is red
  • Twin turbo badge on left side of plenum
  • Balance bar is black (this might be down to the year though)

excuse the missing fan shroud.

and? that was a model change from the factory. the slatted bumper is for a tt due to the side intercoolers. the only way it was ever put on from new is if some crazy little japenese man or woman specifically wanted it and paid loads of yen.

How about this one, looking at the price i'm thinking there must be something wrong with it...

That looks ok from the pictures and description, needs to be seen in the flesh and taken on a long test drive to be sure, rare front bumper as well.

Just buy the black one I have for sale. Its only £2500 and there is nothing wrong with it. Other than the fact its an auto, its got back seats and turbos.. :wack: ..................................................................

Hmmm.... thats a BIG list of faults IMO

As I live 100 miles away from this car would someone a bit more local be willing to have a look at it for me if i provide a few beer tokens.

@ Slick Pete

Sounds good but can't be doing with an auto
