I know it replaced Optimax but ive spoke to multiple people they dont get as good performance as they did with optimax

Uh, well there have been quite a few independant tester's who've tested it and found it better than Optimax. And it does have a higher octane rating IIRC.

From personal experience I can say that while there's no substantial power increase that I've noticed, the car does run smoother after a few tanks.

V-Power replaced Optimax because the laser eye company called Optimax won the rights to the name.

They rebranded Optimax (petrol) to V-Power and increased the Oct by 0.5

Super be it from tesco sainsburys or shell. I usually try to go to a shell garage but that isn't always possible. The car does seem to run better on the shell though.

Click on the link at the bottom of my sig and you can compare prices in your area.

Mine runs best of tesco 97 ron, 99 ron and 98 ron just make it missfire and smoke from the right bank for some reason :D

Even 95 ron runs okay without any safety boost cutting in
