DO not buy from a guy on here calling himself EXTREM_IMPORTS . He ripped me off with my leather seats. Paid for it via paypal and when they came didnt have complete , So i am stuck , He said that he did send it but must have got lost in transit (DHL) . But the slip says 3 items which i got .... DODGEY !!!!.

Yer shouldn't be stuck mate, all sellers are responsible for shipping, if the method they use looses an item (s) it is the sender/seller who has to deal with any claims and either refund part of your money or supply alternative parts. Tell him you'll give him a couple of days to sort out and failure to do so will result in you claiming back through Paypal.

the back seats were tapped together along with the interior clock that i threw in for good will. it was £10 per item to post so didn't want to send 4 things. darren said himself that the back seat wrapping was all ripped. i am currently chasing dhl for this part. all of this is out of my control and im doing all i can to find this part. why would i send half a back seat? dhl have sent me a claims form which im currently waiting on an answer from. i have 1 twin turbo based near birmingham. anybody that needs anything is welcome to come and have a look. ps, i sold the leather seats for £200, and the air flow metre for £75. im not ripping anybody off. cheers

i think the thread should be closed and if the two parties cant sort it out between them then let the TLO deal with it.

what i have done is moved it to general discussion as no help was asked for.

 

my point was that i dont want to see another 10 page slagging match going on as it doesn't look good from the clubs point of view.

personally i think the issue is between the two involved and not us.

as we are looking in on this without ALL the facts etc and being a private sale anything that cannot be proved by hard facts is potentially libelous and the clubs AUP which we all agreed to goes further into this.

OK OK , Sorry if i upset anybody on here but all i wanted to do was warn you guys about him, Didnt want nobody else to get ripped off, I thought i was trying to help, That what its all about , Its not as if i am taking further action as i've sold the seats on and forgotten.
