So sorry to hear. The main thing is no one was hurt and you all walked away.

Barry

Thank fook you are all ok!

That's all that matters in the end.

That must have been a frightening experience for everyone.

shit! like you said, everyone's ok that's the main thing - looking at the pics, it's a good job you were in a substantial car.

glad you all walked away.

RIch

ouch!!! that looks like one tough post !!!

Gutted for you but the main thing is none of you were hurt which was very lucky by the looks of those pics :(

Christ mate. thats mangled, how fast where you going.

One of my most used sayings is:

"I HATE learning from experience".

But looks like you have and as everyone has said already it could have been a hell of a lot worse and at least you're all ok. Who knows it may have prevented something ,much worse happening in the future.

Really sorry to hear about this mate. I am really glad your all Ok though.

I chipped my new front bumper a little the other night and felt like shit afterwards so can't begin to imagine how you must feel now looking at these pictures not to mention how scary it must have been.

Thoughts are with you buddy,

Justin

Wow Dipone, that was a really bad smash...you were so lucky you and your family are alright. It's a testament to the Zed that you all walked away O.K. in many other cars it would have been a very different story.

It's also a warning to us all to take extra care now the cold weather is upon us. We must not forget what a powerful (and rear wheel drive) car we own. Please take care everyone, we don't want to hear any more stories like poor Dipone's.

Dave

sorry to see that trevor, glad your all safe though, take care mate and chin up! thank god your all safe, as that looks a mess bud

OMG Dipone! :( :( that doesnt look good. bloody post didnt shift one bit. like the others say, you three, especially the young one, are ok. imagine one of you being in hospital too. cars can easily be replaced. good luck with everything mate.

Fookin' hell, thats a bad one!

Glad your're all ok though, thats the main thing.

What a bummer with the tpft insurance, not much

salvageable on there either! :(

On the flip side, the price z's are fetching nowadays, you

should be able to save up & get another in no time!

jeeeeez what a mess :( Might have lost a lot of cash there but at least everybody is ok.

really sorry to hear this mate :( as everyone has said as long as you/passengers are ok thats the main thing, you can always replace the car take care.

oh hun thats terrible, but metal is replacable, lives arent, fair warning to everyone just how lethal our cars are. Glad you are all ok

So sorry to hear. The main thing is no one was hurt and you all walked away.

Barry

My thoughts too mate, glad you are OK :)

Damn shame about your Z though - that was a fine late UK spec too :(

All the best,

Richard

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

Aw, FFS!

I am so sorry to hear that mate.

As everyone's said, at least no-one was hurt.

Sad to see the car like that though - gutting.

Really glad your all okay, very very lucky.Shame about the Zed though. If you do decide to get another make sure you fit "TRACTION CONTROL" as a priority.Keep your chin up Trev.Gutted for you.

it was raining when i left home i got 35 miles away and this one village was icey i didnt know it was till i got out the car and fell over. the post is actually bent under the engine like the shape of a hump back bridge sign i wasn't doing alot of speed between 50-60mph but i didnt loose any speed because of the ice so the post got full impact. the police and witnesses confirmed what i said as all the witnesses said i weren't going that fast there was just no grit on the road at all. if i knew there was ice anywhere i would have never taken the zed
