Don't know the depth but i can say that the speakers I broguth with these specs: Mounting Depth 2-1/16" (53mm) Mid-Woofer, will fit.

    I have a set of 4 way 250w 6x9s with heeeeeuuuuge magnets behind them in the front doors mounted flushonto the door cards and they fit a treat. i'll show you some pics when i take them and some measurements
