These wankers are at it again;

Veilside.co.uk are at it again, you remember the story of the nighmare I had with them and Sahill motors? if not read back through old posts.

Anyway....I was a bit bored and looking at some dealer sites and www.Veilside.co.uk have now another site, www.kaguzuchi.com on which they sell the same cars, example: they are both expecting a Black Z mid may.....funny that.

They use the same write ups, i.e. 'Sold within 24 hectic hours' etc, etc....

From my own experience DO NOT buy from Veilside, Kaguzuchi and Sahill they are all linked and owe me £4,000 of which I cannot get out of them as Sahill went under but cars that were for sale turned up at Veilside same price, same problems (£3,000 to make road worthy, but advertised in A1 condition)

If they wold like to come on this forum and defend theselves fair play but I doubt very much that they will and if they do the admision is going to be £4,000 payable to me as that's what I am owed.

I went through all the right channels to get my money back but I did not have a leg to stand on, no rights for the buyers of second hand motors, how shit is that? (police and trading standards were involved)

Please don't buy from any of these people mentioned above.

Rant not over until I get my money back.

Roy, Mac fancy earing yourselves £1,000 each and extracting my money from them guys? Am pissed of to see them selling more an more cars making cash out of would be nails and death traps (they may have the odd minter but I doubt it) and I am still out of pocket!

Was having a very nice sunny Tuesday until I saw the sites......blah, blah, bah.....I could go on but I wont.

DUDE I BELIEVE YOU HAVE A GRUDGE AGAINST THIS COMPANY, WHY YOU LSAGGINGTHEMOF biggrin.gif

They supply many different car companies i believe so this is a very wide standing problem.

What i want to know is how can companies like this get away with it.Have they not been reported to the trading standards yet?

Oh Mat Lad, I thought yer Uncle Mat Lad was gonna kick butt???

Can't believe they still owe you a large 4K!!! mad.gif

Do you know if anything ever came of the real Veilside following up the issue that these people were trading under their name?

Warren,

BIG grudge......cause they owe me £4,000 and I am only stating facts, if Kaguzuchi are othing to do with them then that's fair enough, Veilside.co.uk just abuse the name they are nothing whatsoever to do with the 'Real' Veilside.

Timmy Lad,

Chasing shadows my friend.....not easy.

Ajay,

I never heard anything back, I'm sure it wasn't just me that told them about them trading under their name.

I'd just love to know how any of them are trading at all. No Veilside, Sahill or Kaja-goo-goo-chi on Companies House at all!

Do Trading Standards know about that?

Even if Sahill Motors had gone under it would still be showing as Disolved or Liquidated on Companies House website. I think they are trading illegally.

Just my £0.02 - "passing off" eg pretending to be another company and trading off that other company's goodwil is a criminal offence (not civil). If veilside.co.uk is nothing to do with veilside:#

- Trading Standards

- get letter from real Veilside

- get someone who really does import real Veilside to complain to TSO

- report to ISP (saying you are reporting to police as "passing-off") and request them to follow their abuse procedure which might at least get the domain registration revoked (eventually)

etc etc etc

oh, and have you tried a no-win, no-fee brief?

Good luck - it's tough standing up for your rights but sometimes you can at least get your own back!

(edited to remove the word "dodgy" between no-fee and brief - on legal advice - and the threat of a lump hammer. And cos can't spel)

The law is an arse when it comes to garages closing down and openeing up with a different name, with the same stock. If you want to know if they are the same, go along to companies house and look up their registration. They will also be able to tell you if they are still trading and who the Directors are - you might even get their home addresses.

Sorry to hear those robbing fuckers have not paid up yet Matty frown.gif

I remember when I was going up to look at one of their 'immaculate, fucking sold within 2 hours bloody scammers' Zeds and you told me your story.

I was and will always be eternally grateful for that mate.

What goes around come around tho bud, they will sell a car to some big bad Nottingham Crack dealer and wish they hadnt frown.gif
